By using our website and purchasing tickets and or participating in our events, you agree that neither The KickBack or its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in The KickBack's services. The Kickback will not offer refunds in circumstances where guests leave on their own accord; refunds will only be granted tin circumstances where an event is cancelled.

 

This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with The KickBack. Damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

 

The KickBack cannot verify the identity or background of any participant at our events or of those listed on our website. We ask you to approach any meeting with any participant of our events with the same caution that you would exercise in any other situation.

 

Regretfully The KickBack can take no responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.
